Meet the Staff

MARK & KIM HOUGH

 

Mark and Kim Hough serve as Team Leaders for the 202 Movement. Mark graduated from Penn State University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Kim graduated from the University of Oregon. They have been on staff with Cru for 15 years and have 3 kids; Cole, Peyton, and Luke.

 

In his spare time, Mark is a passionate fan of college football and the UFC.  Kim loves the outdoors, running and being around people.   

JON & AMANDA RUCH

Jon is a West Chester alum, and his wife Amanda went to Penn State. Their three little girls are Quinn, Molly, and Halle. Jon has been on staff for 10 years and Amanda joined him recently after having taught second grade as her first career. Jon serves as a Team Leader with Mark and Kim.

 

Jon is a big outdoors guy who loves fishing, hunting, and sports. Together he and Amanda love to vacation in Maine and eat junk food. 

HANNAH MADERA

 

Hannah graduated from George Mason University in 2011 and has been on staff with Cru for 8 years. Before joining staff Hannah worked in an ophthalmology office.

 

She and her husband Jesse have a daughter, Willow, and son, Miles. Hannah loves going to the movies, reading, and taking naps. 

LEEANN HERRING

LeeAnn graduated from West Chester University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management and Finance and has been on staff with Cru ever since.  

 

She is married to Matt and they have a human son, Matthew, and a dog son, Thatcher. LeeAnn loves woodworking, spreadsheets, learning new things, and spending lots of time with her family.

JEN NIXON

 

Jen is a graduate of West Chester. She has worked with Cru since 2006 in many different locations and capacities. Currently, she is back at her alma-mater working part-time with West Chester Cru.

 

She is a wife to Mark, a middle school history teacher, and a mom to two little girls - Avery, and Lucy.

 

Micah graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Business Marketing. Throughout college he sensed God calling him to vocational ministry. After working in the church for several years and pursuing a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Studies at Lancaster Bible College, he will be working with Cru as an intern for the year. 

 

In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, working out and spending time outdoors!
